1. Your name, mobile number and (if you add it) email address, to create your account, sign you in with a text message code, and contact you about your journeys.
2. Your precise location, only while you are using the app and only if you allow it, to set your pickup point and show your driver where you are.
3. Your booking details: pickup and destination, times, fares, notes for the driver and your trip history.
4. Messages you send to your driver in the app.
5. A notification token for your phone, so we can tell you when your driver is on the way or has arrived.
6. Payments. Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. When you book by card, a temporary hold may be placed on your card and the final fare is charged at the end of the journey.
Who processes your data for us. Our booking and dispatch system is provided by Cabica, which stores this information on our behalf under contract and for no other purpose. Notifications are delivered through Google Firebase and Apple; maps are shown by Apple Maps and Google Maps. These providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it. We keep your information only as long as needed for your bookings and our legal, licensing and accounting duties, then delete it.
Your choices. You can switch off location or notifications at any time in your phone's settings. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete My Account) or by emailing info@worcestercabs.com. The app has no advertising or tracking, and we never sell your data.
